Пришло соглашение от Telecharger. Немного непонятно что конкретно надо заполнить. Не мог бы кто нибудь сказать что надо вписать для Программы XXX и человека Pupkin Vasya. Особенно смущает "On Behalf Of (and Title) :". Что это значит?

Кому такое уже приходило. Эффект был?
