Dear Partner,
We wanted to update you regarding your November 14th payout.
As you know, handling fund transfers has become extremely difficult since the war started, and we have been working tirelessly to find solutions to pay our vendors.
Recently, we were instructed to send Euro payouts from a USD bank account on our end as the best way to maintain these payments. While this system worked for most transfers, a number of payouts bounced back, including the one sent to you.
We would usually credit the Euro amount back to your account. However, in this case, we are delaying this due to the high percentage of conversion and fees charged by the banks involved in the transfer process, even for bounced payouts.
Our CEO is directly involved with the banks and is pressing them to return the funds. As soon as these discussions conclude, we will credit the correct amount accordingly.
In the meantime, we suggest you consider opening a USD account and receiving your payouts in USD, if that is an option for you.
We know this is a significant inconvenience, but please know that we are fighting as hard as we can to protect our vendors and provide solutions, even when it feels impossible.
Let us know if you have any questions.
