Вот ведь как. Вроде как youtube не причем, но почему то на его глазах хакается канал, а он и в ус не дует. Причем эти хаки как-то избирательно действуют. Такая же история была у "Сани из Флориды", но канал он вернул.

I am Andrei Prokhanov, the owner of the YouTube channel ДеньТВ (TV Day), https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCZNKg6NI7mah4i3dE6m0oYw

On August 4, 2020 my Google account (d…tv@gmail.com) and the related YouTube channel were intruded and captured, and the channel was renamed into Live News. The next day after the capture it started streaming fraudulent video of so-called ‘bitcoin giveaway’. The channel has 820,000 subscribers, more than 8,000 videos, it was established in 2012.
After hacking, the malevolent intruders changed the email address and telephone number, so I cannot access my account.
The Google account I am currently writing from was made by me just in order to send this request.
I have all the proofs of the channel ownership: materials of the legal claims which I filed on numerous occasions to protect my copyright to the content as well as the payment documents which I received with the channel monetization monthly payments.

Our studio has original files of all the recent videos and other proofs of our copyright to the content of the channel https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCZNKg6NI7mah4i3dE6m0oYw

I am ready to provide them at your request.
Please restore my access to my account, YouTube channel and AdSense.
