это все относится к "произведеному в рабочее время". хоть и явно об этом не указано. возможно намерено.
я и знакомых поспрашивал. двое ответили что у них есть подобный пункт, но там четко указано: related to the company
т.е. работая в oracle над БД, глупо пилить опенсорсную БД и выдавать ее за свою. нет, можно, но по судам затаскают...

какая компания? это ведь не разглашение.

этот контракт ты получил работая в США? или работая не в США на компанию с юрлицом в США?
