Usually, I don’t have the habit of responding myself however since I have been told that someone (sorry I don’t know by the username) has mentioned me by name I’d make an exception.

1. Thank you for recognising PayPro is the best platform and service provider in the market, as you know one of my main goals as someone who’s been one of Plimus (BlueSnap) first team members and has seems a decline in the support level as it grew, it’s something that I always keep in mind and make sure that it should never ever happen in PayPro no matter how big we have become.

2. You have mentioned that some conditions have been reversed back (the discounted commission), just to make it clear, we imported all the old commissions 3 years ago when we released the new platform, I’m not sure why you feel or know that it has been changed, but since we probably know each other as ISDEF members, please contact me directly through my team and if this is, in fact, true, you have my word that I’ll have it sorted and you’d be happy with the result.

Since it’s not that far, happy holidays for everyone around here on the community and that’s for the great support for the past 12 years, you people are really huge part of PayPro doing so well and I (and my team) don’t forget it for a moment.
