здравствуйте, уважаемые.

В сети набрел на такой пример: тут
обмен по usb с hid девайсом, вроде все понятно, кроме одной функции:
GetDeviceCapabilities(); что она делает, в какой длл находится ?(VS2008) Попробовал
найти в мсдн нашел здесь
Но что то, мне это не совсем понятно, если не затруднит объясните пожалуйста.
