Вот какое письмо я получил от покупателя из Канады:

Hello,

I recently purchased your product, the <PROGRAM>, because I think its well made, and worth buying.

However, my buying experience with Plimus was awful! It seriously made me question my decision to buy, and I almost didnt. I do not know what kind of contract you have with Plimus for your sales, but I would reconsider it.

My inital attempt to buy online with a credit card was rejected for 'invalid phone number', when I gave them my phone number that I have been using for years, and is in fact the number connected to my credit card. I not only gave it to them on the order form, but again in email when they requested it.

When they rejected my order, I attempted to call Plimus to buy on the phone instead. After a small wait on hold, I reached a sales representative (who did not identify themselves). I explained my situation, and she started telling me to calm down; I was already quite calm, I was only explaining my previous problem with attempting to buy. She asked for my reference number, which was in the emails I had recieved, and I gave it to her. Then she told me the reference number wasnt valid, and I had to try to purchase again, using a legitimate phone number, even though the phone number I had already used was legitimate! I asked her if she could process my order herself, and she said "we do not sell to rude people". I was fairly shocked. I asked if there was a different sales person or manager I could speak with, and she stated flatly that she would not transfer me. Then she hung up the phone.

I like your product enough that I really wanted to purchase it, so I tried one last time. This time I used PayPal, because it has buyer protections. It took well over an hour from receipt of payment before I finally recieved a valid key.

This is quite an ordeal for buying a small piece of software. Ive made online transactions for hundreds of dollars with far less inconvenience. I wish you the best of luck with your product, but again I would reconsider using Plimus as your broker. I know I will never buy anything through them again.
