4) Developed module for removing duplicates of ads and determining ad’s geographic location using Python and Swig, used C++/STL for time critical tasks;
5) Implemented unit tests for all key system’s units (C++/CppUnit).

5) Developed utility used to perform localization of the Microsoft resource script file(C++, boost::spirit);

4) Developed C++ classes used to import/exрort data into/from MS Excel and XML documents using C++, ODBC and Sax Ms Xml;

я на большого спеца по английскому не претендую, но могу заметить следующее:

diverse как то режет глаз (ухо?)

ограничение числа пользователей — неправильная формулировка. может для обеспечения авторизации?

учти, что machine у них более специфичный термин, чаще всего означает "станок"

имхо "позволяет создавать" это русизм, сам этим в грешил в своем резюме, теперь исправился

во первых, получается что "tool designed to provide a tool"
explorative and interactive — нэ так, савсэм нэ так (с)
во первых explorative как-то не лепится, режет ухо
может лучше is an interactive research tool ...
потом, посмотри в интернете описание сходных тулз на английском, лень ковыряться (я матлаб глянул, но там немного не так)

а вообще — весьма неплохое резюме! я шаблона рсднского не видел, но видимо он свое дело сделал. в целом приятное впечатление.
