Я считаю, что это поможет сэкономить кучу времени, тем кто про этот баг не знает!

Итак, как я понял этот баг только при связке: Windows 2003 Server + IIS6.0 + VS.NET 2002

Кстати от этого бага можно проще избавиться, если поставить "Run WWW service in IIS 5.0 isolation mode":

Set the Isolation Mode Setting in the IIS 6.0:
Run the "Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager".
Expand "local computer".
Right-click "Web Sites".
Click "Properties".
Click the "Service" tab.
Clear/Check "Run WWW service in IIS 5.0 Protection Mode".
Click OK.
Click Yes to restart IIS.
