This is in response to your e-mail regarding the Microsoft Empower for ISV's
program and the MSDN Universal subscription. As a member of the Microsoft Empower
for ISV's Program you are entitled to:
One (1) MSDNR Universal Subscription (Development & Testing license),
One (1) MSDN Universal Media kit (DVD) and five (5) user licenses.
Up to five (5) Microsoft Empower Program for ISVs Member staff can use MSDN
licenses for development and testing purposes.
The Universal MSDN Subscription included with the Empower for ISV's is
active for one year, but any software that you received as part of the
subscription, you may still continue to use even after the subscription/enrollment
ends, the same as a normal MSDN Universal subscription.
