С твоей ссылки у меня студия не установилась — в начале инсталляции ругалась на какую-то непонятную ошибку. Потом выкачал архив по первой ссылке, собрал iso (который оказался где-то на полгига больше) и всё установилось нормально.

А не сломает ли 2010 2005ю если они устанолены на одной машине?

Ну да, а начинает он с того, что ему лично кроме контекстных подсказок ничего не нужно и последние несколько лет он локальный MSDN вообще не устанавливал, и никак не поймет, что людям не нравится в новом хэлпе. Так что оптимизма это не добавляет. А "после релиза" вообще прелестно.
В общем, рассуждают как настоящие разработчики, которым не нужен хелп по продукту, который они сами писали. А вот как остальным приобщиться..

Но пока что у меня он не может весь индекс построить и притормаживает. Но TOC хотя бы нормально показывает.

А какая лицензия у кандидата? На второй бете вроде как можно было коммерческую разработку вести?

На RC тоже можно. Вот выдержка из соглашения которое идет с VS 2010 RC:

3. INSTALLATION, USE RIGHTS AND RESTRICTIONS. You may install and use copies of the software on your premises as follows:
