In light of new global sanctions and operational constraints, even banks that were previously facilitating transactions, such as HSBC France, have now announced they will no longer process wire transfers to Russia. This means that while your bank may not be directly sanctioned, intermediary and correspondent banks have effectively blocked all such transactions due to heightened risk and compliance requirements.
We want to emphasize that this situation does not impact your funds or sales in any way—those funds remain yours. We are not suspending our relationship with you. At any time, if you are able to provide banking details that we are legally allowed to work with, we will immediately process and send your payout.
Additionally, we currently hold a limited amount of historical funds in WebMoney, and we are able to use these to process payouts. Please note that these funds are available on a first-come, first-served basis, as we will not be able to top up this balance in the future. If you are interested in this option, we kindly ask you to reach out to us as soon as possible.
