For English-speakers that came from Google:

Below is a list of scammers, specifically the management of DigitalRiver company, also known as MyCommerce, who cheated numerous independent software vendors out of sums ranging from hundreds to thousands of dollars. They modified their agreement to prevent withdrawals below $2500 (or $10000 depending on a region) to their own accounts, introduced charges of $100 per month, a support price of $185 per hour for their customers, and imposed a 60-day delay for sending money.

Thus, every small software developer who has worked with them faces a simple choice: either lose all their recurring subscriptions by rejecting the new agreement or continue, but surrender 100% of their earnings to these scammers.

All of this suggests that nobody will ever receive their money.

I am publishing the list of their management out of fear that they may hide their contacts on their website: https://www.digitalriver.com/about-us/

Everyone should personally know and remember them and avoid working with any payment processor they are involved with (which may occur in the future).
