_>We are writing to inform you that as of May 23, 2024, FastSpring hereby terminates our services to you pursuant to our Vendor Terms of Service, which provides that FastSpring will terminate its relationship with a Vendor if directed to do so by our payment processor and/or our sponsor bank. At this time, our processor has requested that we terminate our relationship with you due to your location in Russia or Belarus.
_>We will not assist in moving your existing payments on file. Also, your final payments will be processed per the existing protocol with a standard hold for future refunds and chargebacks.
In order to prove your residency, could you should provide to us, at a minimum:
Updated income tax statements for the most recent tax year;
Updated incorporation documents indicating your country of incorporation;
Updated beneficial owner information.
Please note that FastSpring reserves the right to keep the termination in place notwithstanding your provision of any additional information about your company’s location.
