Я пока не очень понимаю, что значит первый пункт takedown pirated or illegal content. Может они пишут в саппорт гугла и добиваются удаления ссылок на крякерские сайты?
Второй и третий пункт я вообще не понимаю.

Он написал что первый месяц бесплатно. А что собственно будет происходить в этот первый месяц?
