We tried to purchase your software last week but got an error of billing address not matching and the transaction was void. I’ve been using the same credit card and been buying different software from time to time without any problems. What do I need to do to make sure that I can have the efficient use of your software for my use?

Аналогичные проблемы у пользователей при оплате картой: "Every time I try to pay for it the pay screen locks up my computer."
Спросил у плимуса, нет ли у них каких проблем, в ответ получил вопросы. Пользователю отписал как купить по телефону и он успешно оплатил.
