Пару дней назад создал на plimus новый продукт.
В логах хостера нашел запрос с плимуса на генерацию ключа для продукта.
Нашел в plimus BuyNow Monitor запись: Pay by PayPal для этого продукта.
На аккаунт в plimus деньги не поступили.
Написал письмо в plimus, прошло более 30 часов, ответа нет.
Сейчас все order page недоступны.

Получил ответ:

Your license key generator was called for ref#XXX (which can be viewed in
the order locator), as the order has been initiated and an invoice has been
created for the order.

You do not need to lock your license key, as the customer has not yet received
the license key because the payment has not yet been cleared yet (as explained
in the previous email from our accounting department).

Once we receive the funds, the order will be approved automatically and the
customer, as well as yourself, will receive the relevant order emails.

In regard to the order transaction , we have referred the matter to
appropriate department to investigate.
