Есть такая фича под названием "Royalties" (My account — royalties). Приведу их оригинальное описание "Royalties are entities that you pay every time you sell your products. Use the table below to enter information about your royalties and your relationship with them. In order to enter a royalty recipient below, they must have a plimus account and you need to know their username. If they do not have an account, you can direct them to http://www.plimus.com and ask them to click on the affiliate or vendor registration link. Below you can specify the type of revenue share you want to use, either percentage or fixed amount, this value will be applied to every order sold. At the end of your accounting cycle, we will pay each of your royalties based on the values below, and deduct such payments from your gross sales." — То, что вам нужно, имхо.
