темы, заинтересовал аналогичный вопрос. Интуиция подсказывает, что вполне можно обломаться, поэтому хочется иметь полную уверенность в своих действиях. Спустя день, отправил письмо на licensing@fsf.org :

While reading GPL FAQ one could come across the following point:
"Can I apply the GPL when writing a plug-in for a non-free program?" (http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-faq.html#GPLPluginsInNF).

There is a question, which we failed to find the clear answer for:
Is it possible to distribute GNU GPL licensed plug-in (.exe file) together with the commercial (non Free or Open Source) program (.exe file) in one installation package?

Exempli gratia:
The software installation package is setup.exe
setup.exe consists and installs two programs:
commercial.exe (some kind of commercial license) and
gnu.exe (GNU GPL license)

commercial.exe when executed, will use gnu.exe plug-in in the mode allowed by the GNU GPL license: "...program uses fork and exec to invoke plug-ins..."
