Чтобы скачать его с официального сайта HP, надо быть зарегестрированным на нем, а регистрация стоит 500 баксов в год.
В сети я его не нашел

Так что надежду советую пристрелить, дабы не мучилась. Единственное, что могу посоветовать -- поискать в p2p сетях файл mPrintSDK. Может найдет чего (я не искал).
