Но там действительно что-то кривое в зависимости от UA приходит, как ранее уже писали в теме.

У меня там кнопка Repair Text Encoding. И она не предлагает выбора кодировки, а нажимаешь — о чего-то там "чинит". От чего лучше не становиться, но одни крюкозябры сменяются другими.

Действительно, в версии 91 убрали.
Объясняют тем, что якобы сложно хранить эти настройки для каждой странички:
Supporting the specific manually-selectable encodings caused significant complexity in the HTML parser when trying to support the feature securely (i.e. not allowing certain encodings to be overridden).
With the current approach, the parser needs to know of one flag to force chardetng, which the parser has to be able to run in other situations anyway, to run.
Previously, the parser needed to keep track of a specific manually-specified encoding alongside the encoding information for the Web sources.
