Смущает следующее:

If necessary, the Employee may also be used for additional and/or other activities, or other businesses of the Employer. The Employee is also obliged to perform lower-rated activities on short notice and temporarily.

Lower-rated я так понял — оплачиваемая по более низкой ставке. Собсно говоря, дыра для понижения з.п. о которой договорились раньше.

The parties agree that the Employee’s aforementioned salary will cover all additional services (e.g. time spent travelling, overtime)

Овертайм не оплачивается отдельно. Это не сильно-то парит (пока), но все же тенденция...

The regular weekly working time comprises 40 hours (excluding breaks). Subject to legal provisions, the Employer shall determine and/or temporarily or permanently change weekly and/or daily working hours.

Тут как бы тоже могут нагнуть работать и 50 часов в неделю.

Вобщем, как-то я не почувствовал своей защищенности в этом контракте
