1. Это просто информационное сообщение (в газетах в информационно-рекламных объявленияхне не пишут "Фирма Х — прекрасна. С Уважением, ваш пупкин" )
2. Люди, упомятуе в сообщении, знают, кто писал.

Я им в их компанию (Интел, Н.Новгород) писал вот такое письмо, где естественно подписался, ибо это официальная переписка: (далее цитирую)
