Software development management experience, including organizing remote and local teams and support chains across the globe. RUP, Waterfall etc, extensive knowledge and experiece of full life cicle of the software product, from prototyping to large scale mass deployment and support.

International teams people management (European nationals, Americans, Russians), motivation, drive etc

Successful track record of mass deployment of the software products across the globe (US, Europe, Russia)

Understanding of the European IT market driving forces

Dual nationality — Western European + Russian

Fluent English (both written & verbal), native Russian

Patent held in financial industry

Extensive expertise in the business domains: Finance, Payment, CRM, Accountancy

Extensive expertise in the server side technologies.

Expertise in embedded projects management

The list of tools like CVS, Bugzilla etc, is too long to put it here, but may be provided upon request

Excellent communication and strong leadership skills

Permanent location: Western Europe

Not sure if willing to relocate back to Russia, however may consider relocation within Western Europe.

Salary expectation is >120'000 Euros per annum gross — not negotiable.
