One of the world leading smart cards manufacturer company is extending its CIS representative office located in Moscow and looking for 2 qualified Senior SIM cards applications development engineers.
A person applying for the position should be interested in microprocessors embedded applications development and satisfy the following requirements:
— higher education in field of computer or information technology
— good command of English
— at least 2 years proved application development for embedded systems or programming experience on microprocessors assembler and/or Java (SIM or smart cards programming or JVM development is a plus)
— knowledge of telecommunications field and experience of work with Telecom (GSM) standards
The responsibilities of successful candidate will mainly include the complete SIM cards applications development cycle in tight cooperation with company R&D department, starting from communications with the client and ending with in-field testing, also providing the technical support during application life cycle. The candidate is supposed to do hardware programming and testing of SIM cards applications and sometimes embedded OS extensions, on Java, C or microchip assembler languages. The position assumes occasional business trips to company headquarters in Denmark for initial and periodical training, and sometimes to customer premises in Russia and CIS.
The position assumes full-time occupation, the company provides fully equipped workplace in Moscow representative office located in the center of the city.
The company offers excellent 100% legal compensation package, salary ranges from 1500 USD (including VAT), negotiable depending on applicant’s qualification and experience, medical insurance, possibility to attend professional training, and other advantages, like informal working environment and flexible working hours.
The priority is given to candidates having experience on similar positions before in same or similar field, already familiar with SIM and Java cards applications or OS development, or participated in JVM development.

Это опечатка. Имелся в виду подоходный (income tax по всей видимости). В общем белая з/п от 1.5к USD, из нее 13% вычтется подоходного. Обсуждается на собеседовании, только вверх! Однако нужно обратить внимание — ключевые слова SIM, embedded, Java card

В первую очередь нужны люди с опытом, т.к. есть задачи которые нужно сразу начать делать.
Но возможно вскоре еще парочку вакансий дадут, тогда все возможно
