.NET Engineer performs .NET software development using Microsoft Azure cloud for web and backend systems and applications. This position requires strong C# / .NET web and backend development skills. The work includes maintenance of the existing software for a limited period of time and development of new software solution from scratch based on Azure Cloud native stack for healthcare industry.
Technology stack: Azure cloud, .NET Core, Blazor, ASP.NET, SQL Azure
Responsibilities
Discuss and implement CTO's directives on software development
Develop and maintain new and existing software solutions.
Actively participate in software projects through the entire software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, documentation, development, engineering testing and maintenance.
Collaborate with Product Development on product feature implementation.
Work with DevOps on software deployment.
Work with QA and Services on bug fixes.
Use most effective software tools and techniques.
Produce compelling and reasonably bug free software.
Perform other similar or related duties as necessary.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
4+ years of software development experience, with the emphasis on large scale Web development.
3+ years of experience in C# and .NET software development.
General knowledge and experience with software architectures, components, patterns and frameworks.
Knowledge of relational and No-SQL databases.
Production-level experience with hosted systems and clouds.
Web and mobile front-end development experience.
Experience with continuous integration, source code branching and deployment.
Experience with Git, bug tracking and task management software.
Prior experience with agile methods (SCRUM, Kanban).
Experience with project management, collaboration and documentation tools.
Solid communication and collaboration skills.
