Teknavo is looking for talented candidates to join our development team that works on building out next-generation server-side components and creating interfaces coupled with presentation-layer implementations of world class eCommerce platform. Job Description:

The position includes responsibilities for developing automation solutions of all QA processes for a modern e-commerce platform as well as enhancements of current testing processes, design of testing plans and strategies. The candidate will strive for and succeed in establishing the fundamental principle: untested code is broken code.
A candidate should be able to analyze requirements, document decisions, participate in a platform design, implement prototypes and guarantee to the high quality of solutions prior to release. Must be well familiar with tests automation technologies and industry practices, including: writing functional tests scenarios, regression and system testing of system components, UA testing, test driven (TDD) and behaviour driven development (BDD) practices.
This position will be responsible for leading a team, including task assignment, mentoring, and planning. The position requires abilities effectively collaborate with other developers, support teams, enforce maintenance of a valid QA environment, create and coordinate test scripts executed on the client site.


Requirements:

6+ years of QA and QA automation, strong technical and design skills in implementation robust and scalable automation framework
Ability to organize and lead complex efforts and initiatives, defining tasks, planning and tracking their execution
Experience with unit testing and test driven development and supporting framework: NUnit, XUnit etc.
Experience with behavior driven development and its supporting tools: Selenium, Cucumber, SpecFlow
Knowledge of automated testing tool such as Quality Test Pro (QTP), Selenium, Quality Center etc.
Experience with MS Visual Studio, Microsoft Test Manager, and Team Foundation Server
Knowledge of the C# programming language
Experience with BDD as relates to creating test scripts to be executed on the client site
Experience in using Microsoft Office, including Project, Visio, and PowerPoint
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Understanding of agile development principals including Scrum and Kanban
Microsoft certifications is a big plus
