HomeWork® is a rapidly expanding Swedish home cleaning company, with 1100 clients and 75 employees, after four years of activity. We are currently looking to expand our small Novosibirsk team of Russian developers with 2-3 additional positions, making a total team of 4-5 developers.
The positions are full-time employments, with a salary of EUR 1.500-3.000 per month depending on your skills and experience. As you will invoice us for your work, you will pay a maximum of 13% income tax in Russia on this salary. You will be working initially from home, and later from an office in Novosibirsk, together with our Russian developers.
The work will consist of continuously building, improving, and scaling our completely customized, integrated web-based IT system for our business, including booking, scheduling, recruiting, client and employee management, emailing, time reporting, invoicing, and telephony, in different language versions, as we plan to expand our business to countries outside Sweden.
You are expected to be highly talented in programming. A good knowledge of English is also expected.

Не смотря на то, что речь идет об удаленной работе, необходимо, чтобы у вас была возможность уделять ей от 6 часов в день. Работа подразумевает ежедневное общение в Skype и очные встречи раз в одну-две недели в Академгородке. Поэтому для успешной работы вы должны проживать в Новосибирске и иметь стабильный доступ в Интернет на хорошей скорости.
