Deutsche Bank is looking for a Senior Java developer/ Architect/ Tech Lead.

The successful candidate will join Client Solutions team to lead development of programme. This is the multi-year programme of work that aims to maximise revenue by automating, optimising, and unifying Sales/Client workflows across voice and electronic types of execution.

The Client Solutions is a team of 40 people focusing on strategic eCommerce applications. The development team is located solely in Moscow and manages full lifecycle of application development ranging from architecture and strategic technology decisions to release management and roll out plans.

Responsibilities
In the role of technical lead of this programme you will be responsible for architecture, roadmap, and delivery of programme technology, where main components are:
Consolidated real-time client position and client activity information that gives Sales visibility into client trading.
Sales Dealing tools allowing Sales to see client price requests on eCommerce platforms, define automated sales mark-up rules, and intervene selectively to process most profitable requests manually.
Key client-facing functionality exposed in a new slick easy-to-install GUI technology that Sales desk can use to entice voice-only clients on eCommerce platforms.
MIS/metrics to measure effectiveness of the process of Sales servicing clients and to facilitate its continuous improvement.

Requirements
The successful candidate must have:
excellent knowledge of core Java and Java technologies
ability to drive design and architecture for large distributed applications, with focus on latency and stability
willingness to take ownership over IT product as whole including interaction with BA and Front Office, estimation, prioritisation, hardware setup, deployment, roll out plan, etc
strong co-ordinating ability, experience of planning and delivering projects that span across multiple products and teams
good communication and persuading skill
