Ищем человека на позицию Lead Java Developer!

Required:

1. To be well known to design patterns, and can apply them naturally as a part of the programming.
2. Have good knowledge in concurrent programming and can apply the tools provided by Java.
3. Have good knowledge of what kind of the Apache open source projects, and can use them to solve common issues in a project.
4. Have experience and knowledge of common frameworks like Spring, Maven 2, Ant, HTTP Server, Tomcat, JMX etc.
5. Are known to techniques for refactoring software solutions.
6. Know have to tune the Java VM and find performance hot-spots and memory leaks
7. Should be able to express a given design or architecture in a modeling language like UML.
8. Are known to the principles of Domain Driven Design, and can apply them to a software solution.
9. Have experience in working with enterprise architecture and the challenges with integrating systems.
10. Have English good enough to discuss technical problems with customer and write technical documentation.

Optional
11. Sun Certified Java Programmer (SCJP) certificate
12. Experience with C programming, especially MSVC
13. Experience with JNI
14. Knowledge of IBM Lotus platform
