Я работаю на японское рекрутинговое агентство. В последнее время я заметил, что они часто интересуются программистами из России. Вот одна из вакансий:

Java Back End Engineer (Tokyo, Japan)

Position Summary:
We are looking for excellent Java developers who have passion and competence to solve technical issues, design, and implement complex scalable distributed processing systems. We are based in Tokyo, Japan. Our products include e-commerce, online-banking, and travel-booking services. You will have an opportunity to experience all phases of system design, implementation and deployment, as well as to grow your leadership and management skills.

Responsibilities:
・ Design, implement, test, deploy, and maintain complex back-end systems while striving to meet all the business requirements within the tight development schedule;
・ Working closely with the rest of the development team;
・ Through innovation and automation, help us achieve our objective of continuous platform delivery and continuous service improvement
・ Find a solution by flexible mind

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
・ 3+ years experience of Java development;
・ Strong understanding of Unix/Linux operating systems;
・ Work with multiple stakeholders and flexible coordination;
・ Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or other IT-related fields.

Preferred Qualifications:
・ Experience in back-end services with APIs
・ Experience working in distributed Agile development teams
・ Supports and hekps web application developers

Language:
・English : Business Level (Japanese is not required)

Начиная от $50,000 в год. Опять же все зависит от работодателя.
