Our client, large european company which manufactures, markets and distributes a comprehensive line of consumable and specialty products to the dental market worldwide, is looking for Help Desk specialist to join local office for a project work.
Project duration: 6 months.

FUNCTION

The main function of this person is to assist the users of our IT infrastructures, hardware and standard software in Russia.


Duties & responsibilities:

• He/She will provide IT user support to local offices
• He/She will install, configure and maintain standard PC software
• He/She will assist the technical staff in installing and deploying new hardware

EMPLOYEE PROFILE

Knowledge and Experience:

Profound knowledge and user support working experience in the following fields
• MS Windows operating systems, in particular Windows 7
• Office2007 Professional, Office2010
• Networking in general (TCP/IP, DNS, WINS)
• Familiarity with Active Directory
• Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Server Family
• Cisco Call Manager, Unity, UCCX, Windows server 2008, System Center Configuration Manager, SQL Server, IIS, Exchange Server is appreciated.


Personal:

• Autonomous and team player
• Communicative and dynamic
• Professional attitude
• Dedicated to continuous training on a self-study basis


Languages:

• Besides Russian, good verbal and writing knowledge of English

Diplomas:

• Educational background is expected and IT education or certificates (MCITP, Microsoft Office specialist or other) are preferred.
