United Nations Development Program Office is seeking a person to fill in position of

Office premises cleaner
(прибиральниця -укр.)
Duties and responsibilities:

Under supervision of the office administration, with specific instructions, the incumbent performs the following functions on the continues basis:

— Performs cleaning functions as required, including washing, sweeping, dusting, vacuum-cleaning and polishing.
— Cleans surfaces, including floors, furniture, wall, doors, windows, carpets, etc. Empties and cleans waste-paper baskets;
— Keeps premises, corridors, office rooms, kitchen, office premises facilities and toilets;
— Maintains and cleans all cleaning equipment utilized;
— Provides overall office assistance as and when required;
— Performs other duties.
— Qualification requirements

Knowledge and skills: No specific education required; ability to operate office cleaning equipment.

Languages: Knowledge of the working language of the duty station sufficient to understand simple instructions. Essential communication skills in the local language.

Experience: Some related working experience.

Time-frame
Cleaning during the working week each day from 18:00 till 21:00. On Monday additional cleaning from 8:00 till 9:00.

Salary — USD 125 gross per month

вполне нормально для представительства оон, тоже самое в британском совете,
абсолютно все шпарят на инглише (в гардеробе, буфете, про охрану молчу
вообще) и при принятии на работу их еще тестят.

ИМХО дюже похоже на какую-то стандартную форму, заполненную стандартным эйчаром.
В его обазанности не входит вникать в специфику работы как офис-менеджера, так и офис-клинера
