Luxena Software Company (http://www.luxena.com) seeks a software engineer to fill the junior software developer ($350 — $550) and software developer ($600 — $800) full time positions in Kyiv. Initial salary volume may be increased according to candidate skills and expertise.

Target project technical background:
— Microsoft.NET, C#, ASP.NET, NHibernate, SQL, Spring.NET, ADO.NET.

The candidate must have:
— University degree (bachelor/master or equal) in the computer science.
— At least 1 year experience on the developer position in the software development project which technical background is similar to target project technical background.
— Good object oriented and database programming skills (if you can’t clearly answer in two sentences what is a polymorphism than skip this screening announcement).
— Ability to be effective in communication, ambitious and responsible attitude, ability to plan and organize personal time.
— Problem identification ability and decision making willingness.

The candidate good to have:
— Team-work experience. Bug tracking, unit testing and version control systems usage and management skills.
— Understanding a software project lifecycle and project frameworks like RUP, XP, MSP, Agile, etc.
