На днях вышла Visual Studio 2007 Orcas September CTP. Скачать можно здесь. Отмечу, впервые доступен полный Orcas, а не надстройка на VS 2005. Что в нем хорошего? C# 3.0, Linq и прочие вкусности:

Из необычных вещей — распространяется не дистрибутив, а образ виртуальной машины для Virtual PC. Это значит, что нет необходимости тратить время на установку и последующий снос данного CTP. Можно скачать и сразу начинать "играться".
