Прям по этой доке в МСДН пишу

Get-ServiceFabricImageStoreContent -ImageStoreConnectionString "fabric:/ImageStore"

И получаю по лбу:

Уже какой-то вменяемый ответ:

Пытаюсь с таким connection string обратиться:

Get-ServiceFabricImageStoreContent -ImageStoreConnectionString='file:C:\SfDevCluster\Data\ImageStoreShare'

Снова с разбегу по лбу:
