А вот скажите, коллега, а выбор языка программирования является ли частью архитектуры? или дизайна?
Я к тому что уж больно размытое это понятние key technical decisions that constrain the overall design — каждый архитектор интерпретирует его в зависимости от условий и требований проекта.
