Как говорится, всё уже украдено до нас С удивлением узнал, что итерационный подход возник задолго до UP/XP/agile. И даже совсем не в области IT. В статье имеется занятная история, про то, как в 50 годы прошлого века лётчик-истребитель дошёл до важности итерационного подхода. И ещё тогда выдвинул идею: Speed of iteration beats quality of iteration. Занятно.

Если подумать, то можно придти к выводу, что в некоторых областях, помимо IT, приемущества итерационного подхода над "водопадным" даже больше видны, чем в IT.
