I have some controlling application that must show or hide my desk band for example by clicking on the appropriate button. I tried that trick with ShowBrowserBar. It doesn't work for me. Maybe I picked some wrong IWebBrowser2 (I got it by creating TInternetExplorer declared in SHDocVw.pas — I simply can't figure out how else I can do it). It doesn't work. The idea of reaching context menu item of taskbar that activated or deactivates desk band via code is quite interesting but rather difficult to implement. And I think it will not work in several situations.

I am interested is there anybody who solved this problem or at least have idea how to implement what I need? I saw it implemented in google Desktop (when you click on its icon in tray, Google Desk Bar shows or hides) so I don't think it is imposssible.
